Perform histological preparations for tissue WES/WGS sequencing
Prepare tissues, stained slides, macrodissection, and workflow tasks
Independently perform testing and reagent/equipment prep after training
Participate in validations and reagent qualifications
Monitor case management; ensure processing within department TAT; investigate issues
Support EH&S initiatives and update SOPs; train staff

🎯 Requirements

HT (ASCP) certification required
2+ years of histology experience
Degree options: Histotechnician or related science with histology training; US degree or equivalent
Post-offer background check required
HIPAA/PHI privacy training within 30 days of hire
A copy of degree required at hire (US or equivalent)
