  • Partner with recruiters and interviewers to schedule interviews.
  • Manage interviewers' diaries and simplify scheduling.
  • Deliver a stress-free candidate experience, incl. office tour.
  • Handle candidate travel and relocation if needed.
  • Complete onboarding admin and add new hires to systems.
  • Kick off and monitor background checks, incl. right-to-work checks.
  • Coordinate with People Ops/People Experience for day-one setup.
  • Work on projects to streamline hiring processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in Administration, EA or Coordination roles; hiring coordination background preferred.
  • Passion for hiring coordination and scheduling interviews (not a recruiter role).
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Experience with high-growth technology companies.
  • Great communicator, in person and in writing.
  • Experience working with many stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Experience juggling multiple requests and prioritising tasks.
  • Comfortable with shifting priorities and adaptability.
