We are looking for an energetic and experienced Shopify Brand Management Assistant for a growing jewelry company in the US. Their core mission is to deliver highly personalized and unique products that cater to customers seeking creativity in their everyday lives. Despite its long history since 2004, the company maintains a startup mentality, emphasizing passion for product and customer-centric operations.

  • Manage and optimize Shopify listings, ensuring product and catalog accuracy.

  • Assist in fulfillment tasks, liaising with the operations team as needed.

  • Quality check on Shopify listings and product launches.

  • Support promotional activities, potentially requiring familiarity with Shopify Scripts and launchpad for scheduling promotions.

  • Experience with uploading mass SKU imports into Shopify

  • Ad-hoc reporting and dashboarding

Requirements

  • Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Shopify, including experience with Vlookups, and Shopify Scripts, product and catalog maintenance, and reporting. Experience writing and iterating on role-related SOPs.

  • Nice to Have: Familiarity with Shopify apps, Looker, Shopify Collaborator, SharePoint and Pivot Tables. Experience with Teams and Outlook for internal comms.

  • Cultural and Team Fit: Looking for someone comfortable with brainstorming and collaborative problem-solving, willing to suggest improvements and efficiencies in Shopify management.
