As a Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategist at Hiive, you will act as the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales & Trading, and Product, ensuring Hiive’s commercial strategy translates seamlessly into market impact. You’ll define how we position, package, and launch new initiatives, and build the frameworks that help our sales teams and marketing efforts move in lockstep.

This is a strategic and execution-heavy role: part storyteller, part operator, part analyst. You’ll partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product and play a crucial role in shaping and executing our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, ensuring our products resonate with our users and drive business growth.

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

  • Developing and owning the go-to-market strategy for key business initiatives and new product launches.

  • Partnering with leadership to ensure market positioning and commercial strategy are tightly aligned.

  • Building and maintaining segment-specific GTM playbooks for institutional and issuer channels.
    Conducting competitive analysis and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and inform differentiation.

  • Designing sales enablement and marketing programs that equip frontline teams with the right tools, insights, and messaging.

  • Driving cross-functional alignment across Product, Marketing, and Revenue to ensure a consistent customer experience from awareness through activation.

  • Translating performance data into actionable insights and leadership recommendations that shape go-forward plans.

  • Leading post-launch retrospectives to measure effectiveness, codify learnings, and refine our GTM motion.

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years in management consulting or 5+ years in product marketing, ideally within fintech, marketplaces, or B2B SaaS.

  • Proven success in building and executing GTM plans in partnership with sales and marketing leaders.

  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with an ability to translate insights into business outcomes.

  • Excellent communicator who can influence senior stakeholders across multiple teams.

  • Deep understanding of sales processes and marketing funnels and how they intersect.

  • A proactive operator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and brings structure to ambiguity.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in consulting or commercial strategy at a high-growth company.

  • Experience in capital markets, financial services, venture capital, law, investment banking, and growth

  • Familiarity with B2B2C or two-sided marketplace GTM frameworks.

  • Exposure to channel strategy.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM, automation, and analytics tools (Salesforce preferably)
