About the Role

The Coaching team builds Highspot’s personalized coaching capabilities. We deliver an AI-enhanced platform that integrates multiple data points to create differentiated value for our customers. We are looking for a Senior Back-end Software Engineer to bring their creativity and experience to help us build software with a spark of magic. As a senior engineer, you will lead the design and development of core coaching features, working closely with Product Management and Design. Our ideal candidate has experience building and maintaining endpoints for large-scale web applications, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to mentor and guide other engineers through complex, impactful technology changes.

Base salary range: $146,000 - $178,000 CAD

Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.

The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
