The Opportunity

Are you a seasoned manufacturing executive or consulting partner who understands the real-world complexities of the factory floor and the modern supply chain? Do you have a first-hand appreciation for the business processes and digital initiatives that drive industrial performance?

As Client Partner, Manufacturing, you’ll serve as the strategic anchor for our most important clients in the manufacturing sector—building C-suite relationships, shaping digital transformation strategies, and driving significant revenue growth. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for a proven leader who can translate vision into measurable outcomes.


Your Impact Strategic Account Leadership & Growth (≈80%)
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Own and exceed a multi-million-dollar annual revenue target through expansion of existing services and introduction of new solutions.

  • Cultivate Executive Relationships: Develop strong, trusted partnerships with C-suite stakeholders (CIO, COO, CRO, BU leaders) at top manufacturing accounts.

  • Act as a Strategic Advisor: Understand client business objectives, challenges, and industry dynamics to craft transformation roadmaps powered by ServiceNow.

  • Expand Account Footprint: Identify opportunities to grow share of wallet to 70%+ of the serviceable addressable market (SAM). Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.

  • Ensure Client Value Realization: Partner with delivery teams to ensure projects achieve promised outcomes, fostering client satisfaction and long-term success.

Industry SME & Sales Enablement (≈20%)
  • Support Strategic Pursuits: Partner with Account Executives in high-potential sales cycles, providing executive credibility and thought leadership.

  • Translate Business to Technology: Articulate how ServiceNow enhances core manufacturing functions such as supply chain, shop floor operations, EAM, quality, and safety.

  • Craft Industry Narratives: Shape value propositions and proposals that speak to the strategic business outcomes manufacturing leaders care about.

  • Influence Go-To-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine vertical strategy, identify market trends, and position NewRocket as a thought leader.


What You Bring
  • 15+ years of combined experience in or consulting for the manufacturing industry.

  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., VP Operations, VP Supply Chain, Plant Director) or as a Principal-level consultant at a top-tier firm (Big 4 or equivalent).

  • Proven success leading digital transformation, business process re-engineering, or technology modernization initiatives.

  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain optimization, Industry 4.0, and digital supply chain practices.

  • Experience with ServiceNow, either as a customer, program sponsor, or consulting leader.

  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and storytelling abilities.

  • Recognized thought leadership in manufacturing (publications, conference speaking, or equivalent).


Education
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Technology, or related field.

  • Preferred: MBA or advanced degree.
