The Growth Marketing Lead is analytical and driven. As the first Growth hire, you will be building and scaling a growth engine that supports the entire buyer journey.
This role will be in-person in New York or Toronto.
Key responsibilities
Own strategy, execution and the results of multi-channel campaigns to build pipeline and brand visibility
This can be done through paid media strategy (i.e Google + LI Ads), SEO, content marketing, digital campaigns, events, ambassadors
Partner closely with sales and marketing to build customized marketing plans and objectives for targeted accounts. Strong hands-on leadership is expected.
Test, learn and prioritize new growth channels with the goal of driving pipeline.
Define measurement and KPIs for leads generated, pipeline contribution, program performance metrics and revenue influenced.
Qualifications
8+ years in B2B marketing and Account-Based Marketing at high-growth start-ups
Strong problem-solving skills to identify and prioritize the right channels using data-driven insights and market research
Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Understanding of tools like Hubspot, Hightouch, Apollo, Mailchimp and Clay
