• Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles in Greece
• Roll out AI-supported and data-driven hiring processes and tools
• Use recruitment data to monitor funnel, identify improvements, and drive efficiency
• Deliver a consistent, inclusive candidate experience during change
• Experiment with new sourcing approaches while applying core recruiting practices
• Collaborate with TA teams to share learnings and solutions

• Comfort in dynamic environments; open to learning new tools

• Fluent in English and Greek (written and verbal)
