📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles in Romania (Support & Grocery Associate)
• Roll out AI-supported, data-driven hiring processes and tools
• Use data and reporting to monitor funnel performance and drive efficiency gains
• Ensure a consistent, inclusive candidate experience during change
• Experiment with new sourcing approaches while applying core recruiting best practices
• Partner with Employer Branding and talent teams on high-volume hiring campaigns

• Hands-on recruitment experience; experience with blue-collar roles in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort in dynamic environments; open to learning new tools and processes.
• Passion for candidate experience and quality.
• Fluent English and Romanian (written and verbal).
• Curiosity for data; use insights to improve hiring outcomes.
