🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in corporate/agency/high-growth.
Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives and/or call center staffing.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management.
Experience with ATS and recruiting tech; Lever preferred.
