- Execute and manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles across various departments, with a focus on domestic Hospitality, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Field Operations.
- Partner with operations leaders to craft hiring strategies and strong communication that impact business operations.
- Establish and maintain relationships across Talent & Culture, Strategic Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional partners.
- Deliver qualified, diverse pipelines and actively network internally and externally.
- Contribute ideas toward continuous improvement of recruiting processes and inclusive hiring practices.
- Own the closing and offer process and ensure smooth onboarding through People Operations.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience (or mix of corporate/agency; startup experience a plus).
- 3+ years experience in a company with 500+ employees, including non-exempt and international workforce.
- Experience recruiting for SFR, hospitality, or related industries strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with ATS and job boards; Greenhouse preferred.
- Experience with G-Suite, Slack, Jira, Okta, Macbook.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills; data-driven mindset; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
