  • 2+ years in B2B SaaS customer success.
  • Managed ~60 mid-market customers; >$1.5M ARR.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations).
  • Ability to tailor training and create Ah-ha moments for customers.
  • Experience with technically complex products; curious about how things work.
