🎯 Requirements
- Graduation from accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in good standing in the state
- Passion for pediatrics
- Experience with or willingness to learn tracheostomy care
- Flexible scheduling; able to work day or night shifts
- Willingness to travel to client homes
