As a Revenue Cycle Solutions Analyst, you will focus on the implementation or ongoing maintenance and optimization of integration and configuration of home care-focused revenue cycle solutions. You will be responsible for researching and troubleshooting issues, reviewing business and technical requirements, determining best-fit solutions, and executing integration and configuration tasks, including implementation of changes, testing, documentation, and refinement, to enable seamless data exchange for providers, payers, and partner customers. This role will provide an opportunity to learn and grow in the areas of Medicaid/MCO revenue cycle processes, healthcare data standards (X12, HL7, FHIR), and systems integration.

Essential Job DutiesThe base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $70,000 - $80,000 not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
