Follow plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal care and companionship.
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting).
Provide household support: light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Help with range of motion, transfers, and ambulation.
Provide medication reminders to clients.
Travel to clients' homes as assigned.
