Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse to deliver personal care and companionship.
Provide ADL support: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
Assist with household tasks, meal prep, and companionship to help independence.
Support mobility and transfers; use of mechanical lifting devices.
Medication reminders and ensure client safety.
Travel to clients' homes as assigned with flexible schedules.
