As a Technical Product Manager (all genders) you will drive the development of marketing steering models and our marketing data stack, which will help our Talent Marketing to attract talents to the job offers of our clients.

This role offers an exciting mix of owning data products, developing data science models and hands on experience in a fast moving team.

In this role, you can earn an annual target salary between 55.000 - 70.000 €.

🎯 How you can contribute to HeyJobs

  • Design, build, improve, and maintain data science products for our Talent Marketing Stack, including optimizing marketing performance, ensuring consistent delivery, and predicting outcomes for our clients.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders (data scientists, analysts, engineers and marketing managers)

  • Work cross functionally with other data teams across the company

  • Pioneer AI-assisted development workflows

  • Face and solve scalability challenges in our data architecture

  • Hands-on support of requests from stakeholders and prioritize backlog of the data engineering team

  • Be a part of a unique, open and friendly team, solving challenges together.

  • Product management skills - the ability to understand business processes and stakeholder needs. Break down complex problems to find effective solutions.

  • Solid understanding of data science - use data, prototyping, and testing to build scalable and efficient solutions with a focus on business outcomes.

  • Analytical skills - comfortable working with data and navigating our data warehouse. Able to write SQL queries and debug data issues.

  • Curiosity to learn new technical concepts and apply them.

  • Strong documentation skills - able to write and maintain well-structured documentation.

  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally.

  • Performance Marketing understanding

  • German language skills
