As the Senior GTM Enablement Manager (all genders), you will shape how HeyJobs’ Go-to-Market (GTM) teams adopt new strategies, tools, and behaviors at scale. You will own the full enablement lifecycle - from identifying needs and designing impactful enablement solutions to driving adoption and measuring success.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with GTM Strategy Managers, Sales Leadership, Product & Talent Marketing, Product Leadership, and GTM Systems & Data teams to ensure that enablement initiatives align with business priorities, product changes, and system implementations.

Strategic Enablement Design & Execution
Shape and prioritize enablement strategy & initiatives: Partner on GTM projects from planning onward, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, change complexity, and team capacity.
Design and deliver enablement solutions: Determine the right format, framing, and delivery for each initiative, including product releases, process changes, and tool rollouts.
Drive adoption and behavior change: Align stakeholders, enable AI tool usage, and support GTM teams in sustaining new workflows and ways of working.
Content Creation & Training Delivery
Translate sales strategy and product positioning into practical, actionable guidance that GTM teams can use in customer conversations
Create and maintain core sales assets including playbooks, objection handling frameworks, and process documentation
Design and facilitate learning experiences in the most effective format - from live training sessions to AI-powered simulations
Adoption & Continuous Improvement
Define project-specific KPIs for each enablement initiative (knowledge retention, behavior change, adoption rates)
Monitor adoption metrics, diagnose barriers, and iterate on enablement approach as needed to improve outcomes
Report on adoption metrics and provide actionable feedback to project owners and leadership on effectiveness and improvement areas.
You have significant experience enabling GTM or sales teams, driving adoption and behavior change.
You have strong project management and stakeholder influence skills - able to manage multiple initiatives while driving alignment without direct authority.
You can translate complex concepts into simple, actionable content and design scalable learning programs.
You bring an analytical mindset with experience measuring adoption, diagnosing barriers, and iterating on enablement approaches.
You’re an excellent communicator and facilitator, capable of engaging live audiences and collaborating cross-functionally.
German language skills at minimum C1 level.
