As the Team Lead Revenue Intelligence & Systems (all genders), you will own HeyJobs’ GTM platform end to end. Your team will keep our CRM and core revenue systems healthy, integrate the stack, and provide trusted insights that drive action.
You will lead the AI transformation of our GTM stack, embedding automation, intelligence, and predictive capabilities into our core systems and data products. From smart lead routing and AI-driven qualification to predictive forecasting and automated pipeline monitoring, you will ensure our GTM engine evolves with GenAI age.
In this role, you can earn an annual target salary between 85.000 - 100.000 €.

You will own the architecture, reliability, and scalability of the CRM and adjacent revenue systems.
You will build and maintain automations, integrations, and workflows in partnership with Revenue Product Managers.
You will ship data products and dashboards that power activity tracking, forecasting, and target setting.
You will implement data quality and observability SLAs for executive KPIs and rep-level performance views.
You will lead, develop, and scale a hybrid team across Systems & Automation and Data & Insights.
We are seeking a professional with at least five years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or Data and Analytics, with ideally two or more years in a leadership capacity.
You will demonstrate expertise in Salesforce or HubSpot administration and architecture, including comprehensive knowledge of governance frameworks and release management processes.
Strong analytics engineering skills are essential for this role.
You have a proven track record of successfully delivering go-to-market data products and executive-level dashboards.
You can provide demonstrated experience in building forecasting models, maintaining pipeline hygiene, and creating performance reporting systems for senior leadership.
Excellent stakeholder management abilities, strong prioritization skills, and proven ownership of product roadmaps are critical for success in this position.

Deploy tools like Clay for real-time prospecting and enrichment, Demodesk/Gong/Chorus for AI-assisted sales conversations and n8n/OpenAI/Langdock/other LLMs for workflows
Use Clari or similar ML-powered forecasting engines
