As an Intern (all genders) Strategy & Automation, you will shape how HeyJobs' Go-to-Market (GTM) teams turn new strategies, tools, and behaviors into scalable solutions. You will be responsible for the entire automation lifecycle – from identifying inefficiencies and developing effective automation solutions to implementation and measuring success.

You will work closely with the GTM Leadership, Strategy, and Operations teams to ensure your projects are aligned with business priorities. In the age of AI and digital transformation, you have the chance to significantly influence change in our growing organization and take responsibility for projects with a measurable business impact from day one.

In this role, you can earn an annual target salary of 26.707 €.

🎯 How you can contribute to HeyJobs

• You partner directly with GTM Leadership, Strategy, and Operations teams to solve real business problems and turn challenges into operational solutions.

• You own your projects end to end: scope the problem, design the approach, build the solution, implement it, and prove the impact.

• You take ownership of identifying inefficiencies in and implementing solutions for GTM processes, systems, and workflows.

• You build what's needed to make teams more efficient: automations, new tools, redesigned processes, or optimized systems.

🤝 What sets you up for success

• You are currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., business, technology, or a combination) with a strong academic record.

• You have hands-on experience with AI tools and low-code automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, n8n) and have already built functional workflows.

• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you can break down complex processes and design elegant solutions.

• You are a self-starter with a high degree of ownership and can move projects forward without constant guidance.

• You have excellent communication skills in English.

Bonus:

• German language skills are a plus.

• Experience with the following tools: Confluence, Demodesk, Google Workspace, Langdock, Salesforce.
