As a GTM Analyst (all genders), you turn GTM data into clear, actionable insights that help our Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams make smarter decisions every day. You build the data products, models, and dashboards that give the organization a shared view of performance and power HeyJobs’ growth.
You'll work closely with GTM Strategy, senior management, and systems teams, combining analytics, tooling, and systems thinking to improve planning, forecasting, and measurement of our revenue funnel. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your work directly influences business outcomes.
In this role, you can earn an annual target salary between 55.000 - 65.000 €. Your personal development and promotion opportunities are also guaranteed with us.
🎯 How you can contribute to HeyJobs
Create data products that generate value across the GTM organization (e.g., activity tracking, forecasting, target setting)
Build and maintain data pipelines and analytical models powering the entire revenue funnel
Partner with GTM Strategy to define funnel metrics, stage logic, and target tracking models
Ensure data actionability across Salesforce, HubSpot, and data warehouse sources
Collaborate with Salesforce / Systems Developers to ensure data consistency and automated ingestion pipelines
Maintain executive KPI definitions in a single source of truth, aligned with Finance and Strategy
Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the GTM motion
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for all levels of the organization, from executive KPIs to individual rep performance
🤝 What sets you up for success
Min. 3 years in Revenue / Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or RevOps Insights role
Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling (dbt or similar)
Experience with Tableau or Metabase dashboards at scale
Familiarity with CRM data structures (Salesforce, HubSpot) and funnel analytics
Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions
Solid understanding of forecasting, pipeline management, and retention metrics
Experience with machine learning models to predict customer behavior
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to explain complex data simply
Solution-oriented, comfortable solving complex and ambiguous problems
Fluent in English and German (minimum B2), able to collaborate effectively across teams
