As the Customer Acquisition Product Manager (all genders), you will own HeyJobs’ new-customer funnel from first touch to first booking. in a world where GTM is rapidly transitioning to AI enabled solutions. You define how leads are qualified, prioritized, routed, and handed off, ensuring a smooth, fair, and fast process that powers growth. This is not a marketing execution role, it’s an internal product management role shaping how acquisition works at scale to grow our happy customer base.
In this role, you can earn an annual target salary between 80.000 - 90.000 €.

Take ownership of the entire lead lifecycle and ensure Marketing and Sales meet their agreed SLAs.
Define, improve, and implement lead qualification rules, routing logic, and quality checklists.
Partner with Revenue Intelligence & System to deliver seamless acquisition workflows and tools.
Drive cross-functional adoption of processes across Marketing, SDR, and Sales teams.
Continuously measure and optimize funnel performance, ensuring efficiency, fairness, and speed in the customer journey.
You have at least five years of experience in Revenue Operations, Go-to-Market Product Management, or Sales and Marketing Operations.
You possess strong experience in defining lead lifecycle processes, service level agreements, and routing policies.
You have hands-on experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
You demonstrate strong analytical ability to measure and optimize funnel health.
You have excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
Bonus Skills:
You have experience with enrichment/intent tools (Lusha, Cognism, AmpleMarket)
You are familiar with routing tools (e.g. ChilliPeper)
You have exposure to pilot onboarding criteria and churn/re-win processes
