📋 Description

  • Collaborate on planning, executing, and optimizing B2B paid social campaigns.
  • Target complex buying committees across multiple stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Drive demand generation that goes beyond leads to boost pipeline.
  • Partner with CRM, RevOps, and Analytics to optimize the customer journey and ROAS.
  • Contribute to channel performance with budget planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Drive hypothesis-led testing across creatives, copy, and audiences.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on B2B performance marketing for lead generation.
  • Data-driven mindset, relentlessly optimizing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Analytical, strategic mindset with budget management and data insights.
  • Experience using a CRM (HubSpot and Salesforce) to optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional skills; German and English fluency.
