🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on B2B performance marketing for lead generation.
- Data-driven mindset, relentlessly optimizing in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Analytical, strategic mindset with budget management and data insights.
- Experience using a CRM (HubSpot and Salesforce) to optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional skills; German and English fluency.
