As an AI Automation & Adoption Owner (all genders) you will drive practical automation by AI through every function at HeyJobs in order to significantly increase our teams and individuals productivity.

Having already achieved significant AI acceleration in R&D in 2025, our goal in 2026 is to bring the whole company to the next level in AI-based automation.

In your role, you will cycle through teams and help them identify process optimization and automation potential - and according to these - support them as needed hands-on to realize automation via our company AI stack.

You will collaborate deeply with our core AI and DevX team, major AI champions and leaders in the company as well as our CTO in order to extend learning and best practices to a larger part of the company as well as moderate needed changes in company AI stack, data integrations and vendor features needed.

This is a high profile yet very pragmatic and hands-on role - helping to drive the driving AI-native company transformations others are only talking about.

🎯 How you can contribute to HeyJobs

• Realize productivity increases by leveraging AI based automation and process simplification wherever possible at HeyJobs.

• Ship automation ideas from ideation to prototype to production and later maintenance - diving from the conceptual to deep hands-on contribution

• Support and run use case workshops with function and team leaders

• Own and master part of our AI acceleration tech stack (Langdock): push partners for delivering needed features, enable integrations and further data sources, ensure RBAC and security

• Run/Support Teamcraft/Hackdays and further AI adoption activities

• Deliver training and prepare training materials as well as use cases proposals based on new features and possibilities from vendors.

🤝 What sets you up for success

• AI adopter, you are excited about AI and its possibility - yet realistic on what works now and what might work later

• Strong technical foundations (databases, APIs, cloud applications, systems integrations)

• Pragmatic, hands-on delivery attitude while being able to also drive concepts

• You have proven experience in AI-based automation and acceleration (with Langdock, N8N or similar tools incl. LLM Usage)

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. German is a plus.

• Experienced and thriving in fast-paced startup/scaleup environment

• Solid project management skills

• Availability for a hybrid setup, ideally 2–3 days per week in our Berlin office.
