We’re looking for a driven

ABM Specialist to design and execute personalized marketing programs targeting high-value accounts. This role will work closely with sales, content, and growth teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive engagement and accelerate pipeline.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and Growth teams to identify and prioritize target accounts.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns (email, LinkedIn, ads, content syndication, webinars, events).
  • Develop personalized content and messaging tailored to key personas (data engineers, analytics leaders, BI teams etc.).
  • Manage account intelligence and research to uncover needs, pain points, and buying triggers.
  • Use marketing automation, CRM, and ABM platforms to orchestrate and measure campaigns.
  • Track and report on engagement, influence, and pipeline impact at the account level.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless sales and marketing alignment.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years in ABM/demand gen.
  • Proven ability to execute and drive results from ABM campaigns, especially in mid-market segment.
  • Strong understanding of account segmentation, buying journeys, and personalization strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other ABM tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, RollWorks).
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with a track record of delivering pipeline growth from ABM programs.
  • Strong grasp of buyer journeys in tech/data infra markets.
