Own end-to-end outcomes for ground mission systems from design to operational readiness
Lead development and integration of ground systems: GCS, HMI, mission planning, debrief tools
Ensure intuitive, reliable operator workflows in ground systems
Define interfaces between ground and airborne systems, autonomy, and communications
Drive integration, test, and validation of ground systems for test campaigns
Identify usability, integration, and performance risks early and drive resolution

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in CS, software or electrical engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience developing mission-critical software systems
Experience designing and delivering operator-facing systems or complex UIs
Strong understanding of distributed systems and integration
Experience integrating real-time data, telemetry, or comms into software
Proven ability to lead technical execution across teams
