- Provide hands-on service desk support, including ticket intake and resolution.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Deploy, configure, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Support Microsoft environments: Windows desktop, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
- Maintain onsite ATL, GA presence; hybrid option, 7amโ4pm.
- Ensure compliance with information security, export control, and data privacy.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 2+ years of progressive IT support or service desk experience.
- Hands-on experience with Windows desktop, Azure/EntraID, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong experience supporting macOS environments.
- Linux experience preferred; working knowledge or exposure required.
- Basic networking (LAN/WAN, VPNs, Wi-Fi) with documented troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to manage service desk tickets and resolve complex issues.
