๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Provide hands-on service desk support, including ticket intake and resolution.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Deploy, configure, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Support Microsoft environments: Windows desktop, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
  • Maintain onsite ATL, GA presence; hybrid option, 7amโ€“4pm.
  • Ensure compliance with information security, export control, and data privacy.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2+ years of progressive IT support or service desk experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows desktop, Azure/EntraID, and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong experience supporting macOS environments.
  • Linux experience preferred; working knowledge or exposure required.
  • Basic networking (LAN/WAN, VPNs, Wi-Fi) with documented troubleshooting.
  • Proven ability to manage service desk tickets and resolve complex issues.
