About Henon

We are building a relationship first, tech enabled financial services company founded to help democratize the Private Markets. Henon is a pioneer of automation software providing PE firms and their portfolio companies with a full stack technology suite encompassing Data warehousing, Applications, Modelling and Reporting functions into a single platform.

Full stack developer who can transition between managing infrastructure, enhancing processes, while actively contributing to the codebase

-Building and implementing new development tools and infrastructure

-Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying them to developers

-Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes

-Testing and examining code written by others and analyzing results.

-Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats

-Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes

-Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended

-Planning projects and being involved in project management decisions

Previous working experience of building high-performance, scalable front and back-end applications.

In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles

Familiarity with security best practices and the ability to implement security measures effectively.

Understanding of machine learning algorithms and relational data with experience writing, debugging and optimizing ML data structures, pipelines and transformations, with in Python/Pandas/SQL and various ML Libs.

Experience in Python, JavaScript, FullStack Development, MongoDB, SQL, Linux, Redis, Celery, Tailwind, Mui, & AWS

Experience with Nginx, Apache, Gunicorn, uWSGI, Waitress

Experience with JS frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, & Angular

Experience with Python Backend frameworks such as Django & Flask

Experience with security best practices and the ability to implement security measures effectively.

Experience taking ownership of a feature’s product cycle from ideation to evaluation, coordinating with product, design and other engineers.

Previous work in fintech is a plus

Disciplined approach to software testing including unit and integration test

Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in developing/engineering applications for a large company
