  • Proficiency with endpoint management tools (Intune, Jamf) and AD/AAD/Okta.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Office 365) and SharePoint; ITSM ticketing.
  • Excellent customer service and communication; explain tech to nontechnical users.
