- Deliver advanced Tier 1 helpdesk support for local and remote users.

- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or HS diploma with 5+ years IT support.
- 3+ years IT help desk, desktop support, or end-user tech support.
- Strong Windows and macOS troubleshooting; user accounts and device config.
- Experience provisioning/deprovisioning and workstation management; user access.
- Proficiency with endpoint management tools (Intune, Jamf) and AD/AAD/Okta.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Office 365) and SharePoint; ITSM ticketing.
- Excellent customer service and communication; explain tech to nontechnical users.
