📋 Description

  • Respond to client IT support requests via phone and email.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Network troubleshooting; VLAN setup and firewall rules.
  • Server & virtualization: Windows Server with Hyper-V; VM monitoring.
  • Unified communications: VoIP setup and troubleshooting.
  • Microsoft 365: user management, email config, Exchange basics.
  • Backup management: monitor backups and basic recovery.
  • Workstation support: hardware/software issues; escalate complex problems.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in a Level 2 support role (MSP preferred).
  • Proficiency with firewalls and basic rule management.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and Hyper-V VM management.
  • Familiarity with VLANs and general network infrastructure.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, user management and email config.
  • Basic VoIP and backup software experience.
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
