📋 Description

  • Respond to client IT support requests via phone and email per SLAs.
  • Build strong client relationships through clear communication and service.
  • Network Troubleshooting: VLAN setup and basic firewall rules.
  • Server & Virtualization: Windows Server and Hyper-V monitoring.
  • Unified Communications: VoIP setup and basic call routing.
  • Microsoft 365 Support: user management and basic troubleshooting.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in a Level 2 Support role (MSP experience preferred).
  • Proficient with firewalls and basic rule management.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and Hyper-V VM management.
  • Familiar with VLANs and general network infrastructure.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange and Intune.
  • Strong prioritization, communication and documentation skills.
