  • Provide Tier 1-2 IT support for clients.
  • Troubleshoot hardware printers and end user systems.

  • 1+ year MSP/managed services experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with MSP tools: RMM, PSA, IT Glue, EDR/MDR.
  • Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Entra.
  • Teams administration preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
