- 1+ years customer service or help desk experience.
- Troubleshooting network, desktop, and/or systems hardware/software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends.
- U.S. Citizen and able to obtain Secret clearance.
