πŸ“‹ Description

  • Provide Tier 1 onsite support for end users in a macOS environment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and peripherals for MacBooks.
  • Assist users with Google Workspace and Slack configuration.
  • Onboard/offboard new hires, provisioning assets and access.
  • Configure and maintain end-user tech including monitors, keyboards and network.
  • Maintain conference rooms and ensure AV systems are operational.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years IT support experience.
  • Strong macOS troubleshooting and hardware diagnostics knowledge.
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with MDM platforms (Kandji preferred).
  • Understanding IAM concepts: MFA and SSO.
  • Basic networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi.
  • Experience with video conferencing and AV systems.
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems.
  • Strong organizational skills; manage multiple requests.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to lift/move IT equipment up to 40 lbs.
  • Willingness to work onsite at least four days per week.
