π― Requirements
- 1+ years IT support experience.
- Strong macOS troubleshooting and hardware diagnostics knowledge.
- Experience with Google Workspace administration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with MDM platforms (Kandji preferred).
- Understanding IAM concepts: MFA and SSO.
- Basic networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi.
- Experience with video conferencing and AV systems.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems.
- Strong organizational skills; manage multiple requests.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to lift/move IT equipment up to 40 lbs.
- Willingness to work onsite at least four days per week.
