  • Provide Tier 1 onsite IT support for macOS users.
  • Troubleshoot Mac hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet).
  • Onboard/offboard users; provision systems and assets.
  • Maintain conference rooms and AV in meeting spaces.
  • Document requests and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years IT support experience
  • Strong macOS troubleshooting and hardware diagnostics
  • Experience supporting Google Workspace administration
  • Familiarity with endpoint management/MDM (Kandji preferred)
  • Understanding of MFA and SSO
  • Basic networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi
