- Provide day-to-day technical support for employees in office and remote
- Monitor and maintain office systems and devices to ensure normal operation
- Troubleshoot OS, applications, hardware, and VoIP tools
- Set up desktop and laptop equipment, replacements, and basic upgrades
- Track hardware and software inventory
- Assist onboarding/offboarding with account setup and device provisioning
๐ฏ Requirements
- 0โ2 years IT support or help desk experience
- Basic experience with Windows and/or macOS endpoints
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, IP addressing)
- Familiarity with Zoom and conference room AV tech
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira) is a plus
