  • Provide day-to-day technical support for employees in office and remote
  • Monitor and maintain office systems and devices to ensure normal operation
  • Troubleshoot OS, applications, hardware, and VoIP tools
  • Set up desktop and laptop equipment, replacements, and basic upgrades
  • Track hardware and software inventory
  • Assist onboarding/offboarding with account setup and device provisioning

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 0โ€“2 years IT support or help desk experience
  • Basic experience with Windows and/or macOS endpoints
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, IP addressing)
  • Familiarity with Zoom and conference room AV tech
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira) is a plus
