Help Desk Specialist III

📋 Description

• Provide Tier 1 & 2 support for macOS and Windows laptops and apps.
• Manage Mac devices with Jamf and Windows devices with Workspace One.
• Build Okta workflows and SSO integrations.
• Configure Jira/Confluence workflows; scope projects with stakeholders.
• Wipe, reimage, and restore Macs; Druva backup experience preferred.
• Investigate phishing, smishing, and vishing attacks.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of IT support experience, ideally in a software or SaaS company.
• Strong experience supporting macOS, Windows OS, using Jamf Pro and Workforce One for device management.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace admin tools and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Druva or other cloud backup/restore solutions is a strong plus.
• Strong experience in Okta, including orchestration and SSO migration.
• Strong experience in Atlassian Jira/Confluence.
