  • Serve as first point of contact for Cloud9 tickets via Zendesk or phone.
  • Troubleshoot Cloud9 voice app, provisioning, portal admin, and connectivity.
  • Perform user lifecycle tasks: onboarding, deactivation, bulk updates.
  • Support basic hardware troubleshooting and unbricking of Cloud Hubs.
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 with documentation.
  • On-call rotations and weekend or emergency support.

  • 1+ years experience in a technical support/helpdesk or IT service role.
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset and willingness to learn cloud communications technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; confident in customer-facing interactions.
  • Windows OS and basic networking (IP, DNS, VPN) plus SaaS platforms.
  • Experience using ticketing tools like Zendesk or Jira.
  • Understanding of SAML specification to support Client Single Sign On (SSO).
