- Customer service experience in Tier 1 support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience triaging and resolving support tickets.
- Ability to follow IT security policies and procedures.
- Willingness to work on-site in a shift-based schedule.
- Openness to expanding responsibilities to cleared deployments.
