  • 1–2+ years as a PerfectServe Specialist.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; lead structured discussions.
  • Strong analytical skills; big-picture and details.
  • Knowledge of clinical workflows and medical specialties.
  • Mastery of PerfectServe platform and configuration standards.
  • Exceptional customer service; team player and coach.
