📍 Location: Remote – Virginia Licensed Only

💰 Compensation: $45–$65 per billable hour (based on license)

⏰ Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time | Preferred hours: Weekdays 2 PM–9 PM. Weekend availability is plus!

We're looking for passionate, licensed therapists (LPC, LPC-R, LCSW, LMSW) to join our remote care team and make a real impact across Virginia.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth
• Conduct intakes, assessments, and client-driven treatment plans
• Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, peer clinicians, and supervisory team
• Maintain timely, accurate notes in our EHR
• Support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination
• Target 15-32 sessions/week (maintaining between 22-36 hours of availability weekly depending on employment status)

• $45–$65 per billable hour - (depending on license type)

• Must hold one of the following Virginia licenses: LPC, LCSW, LPC-R, LMSW
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Passion for serving children, teens, and young adults
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred!
