- Own Salesforce DB refresh; add ~5,000 monthly contact records via BI.
- Lead implementation and optimization of healthcare intelligence platforms for B2B.
- Audit third-party sources (ZoomInfo, GovSpend, StarBridge) for enrichment.
- Primary technical contact for external data vendors; manage integrations.

🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing CRM platforms, data integrations, or data operations in a B2B environment, preferably within healthcare or health technology.
- Strong Salesforce experience, including data architecture, integrations, objects, automations, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with data enrichment, hygiene, and deduplication tools such as ZoomInfo, DemandTools, RingLead, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL or comparable querying languages for extracting, validating, and manipulating datasets.
- Proven ability to work cross-functional with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate data insights to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
