About the Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, service-driven, and highly dedicated Personal Assistant (PA) to support a high-performing CEO in all aspects of her life. This role blends personal, logistical, and executive support at a very fast pace. You’ll be trusted with everything from managing home life to coordinating international business trips—and everything in between.

The right person for this role is discreet, adaptable, and gets things done—fast. You’ll report to the Chief of Staff and support the CEO &CTO (based in Israel, traveling Monthly to the US).

Responsibilities
  • Travel monthly with the CEO, supporting both personal and professional needs.
  • Coordinate children’s schedules while the CEO/CTO are in meetings.
  • Book and manage all travel (flights, hotels, transportation), including last-minute changes.
  • Anticipate and handle in-the-moment needs to ensure smooth trips.
  • Match the CEO’s working hours and be available for urgent issues.
  • Partner with the CEO’s Executive Assistant to align personal and professional schedules.
  • Oversee and manage household staff (nannies, cleaners, service providers).
  • Recruit, onboard, and schedule staff; provide feedback as needed.
  • Coordinate the child’s calendar between co-parents, nannies, and school.
  • Handle errands and personal logistics (deliveries, shopping, appointments, etc.).
  • Manage bureaucratic tasks such as taxes, insurance, vehicle renewals, and healthcare paperwork.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across personal and professional responsibilities.
  • Manage rental properties and household vendors with a cost-conscious and proactive mindset.
Qualifications
  • Proactive & Fast: Get things done quickly and confidently.Independent & Reliable: Take initiative and solve problems on the go.
  • Flexible & Service-Oriented: Thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Experienced: 2–3+ years as PA/EA, with U.S. executive experience.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: Nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Bilingual & Tech-Savvy: Fluent in Hebrew/English; strong with Google Suite.
  • Ability to be in office and travel with the CEO often
