Lead Compounding Pharmacist

📋 Description

• Oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding processes, prep, dispensing, labeling.
• Plan weekly compounding items and assign tasks to technicians.
• Maintain documentation for all compounding activities, batch sheets, logs, and checks.
• Conduct product and batch verification for quality control.
• Lead sterile compounding in USP 797 compliance.
• Ensure cleanroom use, sanitation, daily logs, calibration, and waste disposal.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Florida Pharmacist license (required).
• Minimum 2 years sterile compounding experience; non-sterile preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a compounding setting preferred.
• Knowledge of GLP-1 medications (e.g., semaglutide, tirzepatide) highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of USP 795, 797, and 800 guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with robust quality control and documentation practices.
