About the role:

We’re looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to help us grow and develop our people across all our markets. You’ll design, deliver and manage programs that support onboarding, performance, and continuous learning, making sure every employee has the tools to thrive and succeed.

What you’ll do:

- Own and run our global onboarding program, making sure every new joiner has a smooth and impactful start.

- Design and manage internal learning initiatives such as mentoring, shadowing and peer-learning programs.

- Deliver and coordinate training programs for employees and managers

- Lead the performance management process, ensuring fair, transparent and consistent practices.

- Own the goal-setting framework across the company, supporting alignment and clarity.

- Manage onboarding and exit interviews, gathering insights to improve the employee experience.

- Own and run the engagement survey process, from launch to action planning.

- Analyse data from these processes and report on outcomes, engagement and impact, proposing solutions for improvement.

What we’re looking for

- Experience in HR, ideally around 2 years, with at least some exposure to L&D initiatives.

- Fluent in English and French

- Strong program management and facilitation skills.

- A creative mindset for designing engaging learning experiences.

- Someone who loves building from scratch, experimenting, and improving things constantly.
