🎯 Requirements
- Solid experience in Talent Acquisition and experience managing teams
- Comfortable owning a broad People leadership scope
- Strong cultural awareness and experience in international environments
- Good understanding of labour law, or ability to navigate it with local experts
- Fluent in English and French
- Confident navigating and leading through change
