Culture, Comms & Events Specialist (VIE)

This role is offered under a VIE contract. To be eligible for a VIE, you must:

- Be between 18 and 28 years old when applying (the assignment must start before your 29th birthday)

- Be a citizen of the European Economic Area (EEA)

- Not have previously been employed in Spain (studies or internships are fine)

About the role :

We’re looking for someone to bring good vibes, strong comms, and flawless organisation to our Barcelona hub — and beyond. You’ll be the beating heart of our office, the voice of our culture, and the creative brain behind the moments that bring us all together.

What you’ll do:

- Keep our Barcelona office running smoothly and full of good vibes — logistics, supplies, vendors, and all the little details that make it feel awesome

- Support new joiners and make their first days in Barcelona unforgettable

- Organise local events and team activities, plus lead the planning and execution of our annual Europe retreat

- Create fun, inclusive moments that connect our people across offices and keep our culture alive

- Own our internal rituals — weekly all-hands, monthly meetings, and special cultural moments

- Lead communication with our Spanish employees, keeping everyone in the loop and inspired

- Support company-wide storytelling and announcements that make people feel something

- Manage our LinkedIn page — share wins, stories, and moments that show our brand’s voice

- Help shape and promote our People Team branding — from visuals to tone, showing who we are and why it matters

Who you are:

- Experienced in comms, employer branding, or HR (ideally 2 years)

- A people person who loves creating connections

- Organised, creative, and comfortable juggling many moving pieces

- A great communicator (Great English is a must)

- Someone who gets what makes a company culture feel alive
