Assess scenes, determine recovery needs, and execute safe plans.
Rig, secure, and transport vehicles of all sizes with approved methods.
Communicate with dispatch, customers, and responders to coordinate service.
Complete service tickets, condition reports, and time logs.

🎯 Requirements

Experience operating heavy wreckers or recovery equipment.
Light-duty towing or roadside experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of recovery, rigging, and safety techniques for light/heavy vehicles.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
