📋 Description

• Safely operate heavy wreckers and recovery equipment to tow vehicles.
• Perform light-duty towing and roadside assistance for passenger cars.
• Assess scenes, determine recovery needs, and plan safely.
• Rig, secure, and transport vehicles with approved methods.
• Communicate with dispatch, customers, and responders for safe service.
• Complete service tickets, reports, and logs for each call.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience operating heavy wreckers or recovery equipment (preferred).
• Light-duty towing or roadside experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of recovery, rigging, and safety techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
