Manage day-to-day operations of satellite shop with two technicians.
Diagnose repairs and assist technicians with service orders.
Coordinate daily shop schedule and workflow for efficient service operations.
Monitor technician productivity and shop performance to meet benchmarks.
Maintain quality control standards.
Utilize OEM diagnostics platforms and tools (Cummins, PACCAR, Snap-on, JPRO, etc.).

🎯 Requirements

Heavy-duty diesel repair experience with diagnosing complex issues.
Leadership or shop management experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of heavy-duty diagnostics; OEM software (Cummins, PACCAR).
Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as Snap-on, JPRO, or equivalents.
Valid driver's license required.
7:30 AM–5:30 PM schedule with flexibility as needed.
